Job: Contractor Quantity Surveyor

My client is a prestigious International main Contractor and they are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in one of the capitals most prestigious projects. This project is a £80 million extension and refurbishment to one on the capitals most well known buildings. The design has already won a multitude of awards and the glass, steel and brickwork structure offers a unique opportunity to work on a technically challenging flagship venture. You will be a highly driven individual with an enviable track record for working to and maintaining the highest standards in the industry. Ideally you will have 5 years project based experience working on similar schemes upwards of £10 million in value and be educated to degree level. Strong financial acumen along with excellent management and negotiating skills are also necessary.
